From waste we make oil

Plastic is a worldwide problem. Our objective is to transform plastics that end up in landfills or are incinerated into a highly valuable commodity.

Most of the used tyres end up in landfills or in nature. Waste2oil technology is the only one where is not needed to remove steel wires and fiber.

Many countries are having a hard time knowing what to do with the used face masks and other medical waste. Waste2oil technology can solve their problem.

Waste2oil Technology

Most of the plastic waste used tyres and used face masks end up in landfills or in nature. We have an eco-friendly and economical solution, placed in shipping containers which convert this kind of waste into high-quality oil.

Modular solution

fast return of investment

useable for more types of waste

The whole technology fits into 4 containers
and is assembled on-site within 2 days.

Waste2oil Technology

The mobile unit with a capacity of up to 700kg/h is focused on maximum yield and highest quality of liquid fraction.

The mobile unit with a capacity of 1000 kg/h is developed and constructed for recycling used tyres.

Laboratory tests show that oil is classified as High Sulphur Diesel (HSD) and is compliant with EN 590 Fuel Quality Regulations, therefore has a wide range of uses.

All the obtained raw materials can be used ecologically as input material for further processing, but above all for the production of energy and for transportation.

After the process we have three main products:

Oil can be used to generate electricity as well as to be used for transportation or can be sold to the petrochemical and refinery industry.

Gas can be used to generate electricity in gas turbines or can be sold directly to the chemical industries.

Carbon black can be used in the production of new tyres, plastics, industrial rubber products, high-performance coatings, farming, etc.

1kg of plastics ~ 1L of oil

High-quality oil can be used in these fields

Energy

Oil from Waste2oil technology has a similar structure to diesel. Oil can be used in diesel generators or heat production.

Transportation

Oil can be used as fuel for ships, trucks, buses, and in older diesel engines without direct fuel injection.

Refinery

Oil can be added to common fuel in the refinery industry. Our high-quality oil does not need to be treated or cleaned.

Petrochemical

Petrochemical industry making plastics from oil. We generate oil from plastics which can be used to make new plastics.

One ton of waste can produce enough oil to generate up to 3 MW of electricity.

Waste2oil technology is developed and constructed as a technology without waste.

All the products obtained can be safely used and turned into profit.

Unit TDU 1000 can process up to 8,000 tons of waste annually

The modular solution can be placed simply anywhere..

Waste2oil unit is able to work in a remote area as well as on the island because it’s absolutely self-sufficient.

Building a new building is not needed. Waste2oil units can be placed outside in weather conditions not exceeding -40°C up to + 50°C.

Simply only a paved surface is necessary.

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

The main difference is that most of the Pyrolysis units not running in a continuing process. Waste is placed inside and heated to a certain temperature after the processing unit must be opened, cleaned, and filled with new waste. More employees are needed to operate the unit cos higher running costs and also more energy need to be used to reheat the unit with newly filled waste.

The quality of oil from Pyrolysis needs to be cleaned or mixed with other substances to get oil for another use.

For the Pyrolysis unit, more space is needed so it can’t be fit into little containers, but the hall is needed to be built as well.

Waste2oil unit runs in a continuous process which is using a screw conveyor to move the waste in the reactor under continuous speed and stable temperature.

Waste2oil unit can be placed anywhere on the paved surface in weather conditions not exceeding -40°C to +50°C.

No, Waste2oil technology is based on the decomposition of organic materials by the action of heat without access to oxidizing substances, in the anaerobic environment.

PET bottles and PVC contain oxygen, that’s why it can’t be processed in our units and also the quality of the oil would be very low.

TDU units are fully automated. Only 1 trained employee per shift is needed to operatethe unit.

No. The TDU units themselves are generally isolated. In general, most devices can operate with a maximum outside temperature of -40°C to +50°C.

Everything is based on the processed operating rules assume that the device operates 24 hours/day, 330 days/year.

ROI – Return of Investment depends on many factors.

First, what kind of material will be processed in the Waste2oil unit?

For what will be used the oil, gas, and carbon black? In each country are different prices for oil, electricity, etc.

Does your government support subsidies if you will be treating waste and helping the environment?

The exact ROI can be based only on the case study.

Despite this, Waste2oil technology has a return of investment from 2 to 5 years.
